Locating Your Reimbursement Account and Account Details

This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement)*.

Once you locate your reimbursement account, you can review your account balance and activity, submit reimbursement requests, and set up direct deposit.

Your reimbursement account details provide information about your account, such as:

  • How to qualify for your reimbursement account

  • The deadline to qualify for your reimbursement account

  • Your funding allocation and frequency

  • Who's eligible to use funds

  • Eligible expenses

To get to your reimbursement account or account details, follow these steps:

1. Sign into Via Benefits and select the name of the family member whose information you wish to view.

Note: You must sign up with Via Benefits if you haven't already. Read Sign Up with Via Benefits to learn how.

2. Select View Accounts in the Funds and Reimbursements section on the Home page.**

3. On the Request Reimbursement and Manage Funds tab:

  • To access your reimbursement account, select Visit the Reimbursement Center for the desired account.

  • To view information about your account, select Show Account Details for the desired account.

 

**The Funds and Reimbursements section might not appear on your Home page if:

  • Your account is still being created.

  • Funds haven't been loaded into your account.

  • You aren't eligible for a reimbursement account.

  • You're opting for a Premium Tax Credit rather than the HRA (health care).

Mobile App

To locate your reimbursement account on the mobile app, follow the instructions to sign into Via Benefits on the Via Benefits Accounts Mobile App.
