Using Your HRA on the Mobile App

To submit a reimbursement request on the mobile app, complete these steps:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Add links

2. Sign in to the mobile app and select Get Reimbursed.

3. Select Out-of-Pocket Reimbursement (for copays or coinsurance) or Premium Reimbursement (for insurance premiums). We encourage you to use recurring for premium reimbursement when available.

Note: Your former employer or benefits provider may provide premium reimbursement only.

4. Enter the requested information.

5. To submit documentation, select Camera to take a picture of your document and upload it or select Photos if you already have an image in your phone. Select Done when you've chosen the desired photo. Choose Add to upload more images.

6. Select Review after you upload your documents.

7. Select Submit after you verify the information on your request or select Edit to make changes.
