If you're having difficulty signing up or signing into Via Benefits, this article provides additional assistance.

Save time - Try the following suggestions before you call us. 

  • Confirm you’re using the correct URL, my.viabenefits.com, marketplace.viabenefits.com, or viabenefitsaccounts.com.

  • Determine what browser you’re using.

    • The Via Benefits website supports Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer isn't supported.

  • Try a new browser if you’re not using one of the supported browsers.

Most mobile device browsers

  • Clear the browser’s cookies and cache.

    • Copy and paste the link below for your browser.

    • You're given instructions for clearing the cookies and cache for that browser.

    • After following the instructions, close the browser and reopen it.

  • Try a different device if available. For example, if you’re on a PC, switch to the mobile app.

  • Try signing up with Via Benefits, even if you have already. Read Sign up with Via Benefits.

    • If you have a mobile device, select Text Me when you’re going through the security steps.
