Locating Your Reimbursement Account Details and Qualification Requirements

This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement)*.

Details about your reimbursement account are available on the website. You can access details such as:

  • How to qualify for your reimbursement account

  • The deadline to qualify for your reimbursement account

  • Your funding allocation and frequency

  • Who's eligible to use funds

  • Eligible expenses

  • Tips for making reimbursement easier

To access these details and more, complete the following steps:

1. Sign into Via Benefits.

2. Select View Accounts in the Funds and Reimbursements section on the Home page.

3. Select Show Account Details on the Funds and Reimbursements page.

Note: To view your account balance and perform other activities related to your reimbursement account, select Visit the Reimbursement Center.

 

4. Review the information on the Reimbursement Account Details slide-out panel.
