  • If your plan still fits your needs, then there’s no need to call us. In fact, you don’t have to do anything! If there are changes to your plan, your insurance company typically notifies you.

  • You can enroll in a new plan during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), October 7 through December 15, or during a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) when you have a qualifying life event, such as a change in residence.

  • When you are shopping on the website, you can view plan details before you enroll in a plan. Select the Plan Details link on the plan tile.

  • You will receive communications (emails, letters, etc.) from the carrier confirming your enrollment.

  • When you select Add to Cart, the button name changes to View Cart. Select View Cart to review your plans and start the check-out process.

  • If you currently have a medical plan through Via Benefits, you can sign into Via Benefits on or after October 15 and run Coverage Checkup from your Home page to compare your current plan with the new 2025 plan offerings. There’s no need to spend time calling us.

    If you don’t currently have a plan through Via Benefits, you will get a plan recommendation.
