Changing Your Plan Before It Goes into Effect

If you recently applied for a healthcare plan through Via Benefits and need to make changes to what you selected before it goes into effect, call us at 1-866-322-2824 (TTY: 711).

You can:

  • Replace the plan you selected with another plan.

  • Add or remove family members to a plan you selected (Individual and Family Plans only).

  • Make any other changes.

Again, this is only for plans that you applied for that have not gone into effect yet.
