Viewing Your HSA Balance
This article applies to you if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) administered by Via Benefits.
You can check your HSA balance on the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app or viabenefitsaccounts.com. There's no need to speak with a representative.
Mobile App
To view your account balance on the mobile app, simply sign in to the mobile app and view your balance on the Home page.
Website
To view your reimbursement account balance on the website, complete the following steps:
Navigate to viabenefitsaccounts.com.
Enter your Email Address and Password.
Note: You may also be required to complete an additional authentication step by providing a code sent to your phone number on file.
View your Available Balance on the Dashboard.
Select View Account to see an overview of your account.

If your account transitioned from an employer-sponsored account to an individual account, you can navigate between the accounts below the Welcome banner.
