How to Turn On or Turn Off Automatic Premium Reimbursement on the Mobile App
You can turn on Automatic Premium Reimbursement at any time. When you complete your enrollment application, you can tell the representative you'd like to use Automatic Premium Reimbursement (when available).
You can also review and update your Automatic Premium Reimbursement preference on the Benefits Account mobile app, the Via Benefits website (my.viabenefits.com) or in the Reimbursement Center (viabenefitsaccounts.com).
To turn on or turn off Automatic Premium Reimbursement on the mobile app, complete the following steps:
1. Sign in to the mobile app.
2. Select Turn On/Off to view any eliglbe plans with Automatic Premium Reimbursement.
3. Select the desired plans to turn Automatic Premium Reimbursement on or off. Select Save.
4. A success page appears once Automatic Premium Reimbursement options are saved.
