Understanding Service Outages
Sometimes, our systems may experience disruptions that impact access or performance. These events — known as outages — can occur for a variety of reasons. In many cases, the root cause may stem from an upstream provider or cloud service, such as our hosting or infrastructure partners. When that happens, our teams actively monitor and coordinate with those providers to ensure resolution as quickly as possible.
What to Expect During an Outage
We’re aware of the issue: Our technical teams immediately begin investigation once a disruption is detected.
We’ll provide updates: Progress and resolution information will be shared on our Status Page as it becomes available.
External dependencies: Some issues may take longer to resolve if they originate outside our direct control (e.g., network or cloud platform outages).
No action required: There’s no need to contact support during an ongoing incident — updates will be posted as soon as we have new information.
