Viewing Your Reimbursement Account Activity
This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account, sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement.*
View your reimbursement account activity to see your transactions for a specific year, the current year, or all plan years.
Note: Some information may be cut off if you set your browser to 125% zoom or higher. We recommend using 100% zoom and expanding your browser.
To view your reimbursement activity on the website, follow these steps:
1. Sign in and, if applicable, select the name of the family member whose information you wish to view.

3. Select Visit the Reimbursement Center on the Request Reimbursement and Manage Funds tab. This takes you to your reimbursement account.

Note: The HRA tab is customized for your former employer or benefits provider and may have a different name (for example, ARA, RRA).
5. Select the desired plan year.
Note: Current Plan Year is the default setting. It shows your year-to-date account activity. If you don't see the transaction you're looking for, change the plan year or select All Plan Years.
6. Select the Activity tab. The 10 most recent transactions are displayed. Select Show More to display more transactions.
See the Filter and Sort sections of this article for help locating a particular expense.
7. Select the Status for the expense you want to view.
8. The Activity Details page provides a breakdown of the expense.
Note: Select View Printable Summary to see the Explanation of Payment (EOP) or Explanation of Unpaid Expense (EOUE) as appropriate.
Filter Your Activity
Use the Filter if you need help finding an expense or the status of payment. There are two types of filters: Quick Filters and the Advanced Filter.
Quick Filters
Quick Filters let you quickly narrow down activity without opening the Advanced Filter menu.
Using the Filters
Quick Filters appear above the account activity.
The filters are dynamic, so only filter options with matching account activity will be displayed.
You can select one Quick Filter at a time. When a filter is selected, only the activity related to that filter is shown.
If you deselect the Quick Filter, all account activity will be displayed again.
Choosing a Filter
Expenses only: Shows expense-related activity.
Investment activity: Shows investment-related account activity. This filter only appears when you have an individual HSA with Via Benefits that includes investments.
All contributions: Shows funding-related activity, such as contributions, rollovers, interest, and other money movement into or within the account.
Action required: Shows activity that may need your attention, such as missing receipts, required bank account information, overpayment, or not approved activity.
Advanced Filter
The Advanced Filter shows your Quick Filter selections and lets you add or remove filters to further narrow down your results. For example, selecting the Expenses only Quick Filter displays all expense activity. To refine this further, for example, to view only expenses that are on hold, apply the On Hold option in the Advanced Filter as well.
To use the Advanced Filter, complete the following steps:
Select Filter.
Enter or select the search criteria.
Select Apply below the search criteria.
Sort Your Activity
Sort by selecting the upward caret (^) or downward caret (v) to the right of the item you want to sort.
