Viewing Your Reimbursement Account Activity

This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement).* 

View your reimbursement account activity to see your transactions for a specific year, the current year, or all plan years.

Note: Some information may be cut off if you set your browser to 125% zoom or higher. We recommend using 100% zoom and expanding your browser.

To view your reimbursement activity on the website, follow these steps:

1. Sign in and, if applicable, select the name of the family member whose information you wish to view.

2. Select View Accounts in the Funds and Reimbursements section.

3. Select Visit the Reimbursement Center on the Request Reimbursement and Manage Funds tab. This takes you to your reimbursement account. 

4. Select HRA at the top of the page.

Note: The HRA tab is customized for your former employer or benefits provider and may have a different name (for example, ARA, RRA).

 

5. Select the desired plan year. 

Note: Current Plan Year is the default setting. It shows your year-to-date account activity. If you don't see the transaction you're looking for, change the plan year or select All Plan Years.

 

6. Select the Activity tab. The 10 most recent transactions are displayed. Select Show More to display more transactions.

7. Select the Status for the expense you want to view.

 

8. The Activity Details page provides a breakdown of the expense.

Note: Select View Printable Summary to see the Explanation of Payment (EOP) or Explanation of Unpaid Expanse as appropriate.

 

Filter

Use the Filter if you need help finding an expense or the status of payment. Enter or select the search criteria.

 

Sort

Sort by clicking the upward caret  (^) or downward caret (v) to the right of the item you want to sort.

*Via Benefits reimbursement accounts are administered by Extend Health, LLC.
