Adding Someone to Your Profile

To add someone to your profile, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign Into Via Benefits.

  2. Select Go to Profile.

  3. Select the Add icon to the right of the existing icons.

  4. Complete the Personal Information tab.

  5. Select Verify and Save.

You can also add an authorized representative to your profile. Read Authorizing Other to Access Your Information.

Removing Someone From Your Profile

If your former employer or benefits provider sent us a file with your spouse or dependent included, we can't remove the spouse or dependent from the account. If necessary, we can separate the accounts.
