Uploading Legal and Account Documents to Your Reimbursement Account
The Legal and Account Documents feature lets you upload non-transactional documents to your reimbursement account, such as:
HIPAA forms
Powers of Attorney
Direct Deposit Forms
Death Certificates
Other legal or account-related documents
Documents uploaded using this feature are processed faster than documents sent by mail.
Note: Use this feature only for legal and account-related documents. Don't upload receipts or other supporting documentation for reimbursement requests. To submit supporting documents for an expense with a Not Approved status, see Resolving Not Approved Reimbursements.
You can upload documents using the website or the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app.
