Granting Power of Attorney Access to Your Information

Add a Financial or Durable Power of Attorney (POA) to allow us to speak with your POA about your information.

POAs and other legal documents accepted by Via Benefits:

  • Durable POA

  • Guardianship

  • Conservatorship (Conservatorship paperwork must specify the ability to make financial decisions)

  • Financial POA

With a valid Durable POA or Financial POA, the person named is legally permitted to take care of important matters if you're unable to do so. These matters may include completing enrollment applications on your behalf or managing your reimbursement account.

Via Benefits can't help you obtain a POA or provide legal advice. Seek legal counsel if you need to establish a POA.
