Signing In to Via Benefits on the Website
You can sign in to Via Benefits either on the website or through the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app. For mobile app instructions, read Signing In to Via Benefits on the Mobile App. Both sign-in methods include Additional Security Steps, which require you verify your identity using two or more pieces of information. These security measures are legally required and help protect your personal information from cybercriminals. Your sign-in email and phone number are the same for the website and mobile app.
If you’re having trouble accessing the site, it may be due to scheduled maintenance or a temporary system disruption. You can check the Via Benefits Status page for real-time updates on system performance, including current operational status, active maintenance, and any known issues or service interruptions that might affect your experience.
Signing In to Via Benefits
Once you've signed up with Via Benefits, follow these steps to sign in to your Profile in the future:
1. Go to the Sign-In page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, then select Sign In.

3. On the Verify Your Information page, verify Your Sign-In Phone Number.
Note: If you don't have access to a phone number on this page, select Can't access this number? and follow the instructions to connect with our support team.
4. Select Text Me or Call Me to continue.
Text Me
A verification code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Enter the code in the Enter Code field on your computer before it expires, then select Next.
Note: If you don’t receive the code, you can choose one of the following: Resend Code, Get a Call Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
Call Me
You will receive an automated call at your phone number.
Follow the voice prompts to complete the sign-in process.
Note: If you don’t receive the call, you can choose one of the following: Get Another Call, Get a Text Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
5. Select whether you want your device remembered. The Home page appears.
Note: Only choose to remember your device if you’re signing in on a trusted computer.

Signing Out of Via Benefits
